The Contact Center (CC) at the Office for Economy and Labor is the first point of contact for job seekers. It provides central administrative services, including the registration of job seekers and general telephone information for the six regional employment centers (RAV) in the canton as well as the specialist departments Cantonal Office, Labor Market Measures Logistics, and Employer Services.
