A successful restaurant needs not only talented chefs and attentive service staff. It also needs people who perform great work behind the scenes and ensure that everything runs smoothly. This important task is taken on by our office team. For our restaurant Collina, we are therefore looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed office assistant (dishwashing) on a temporary basis (approx. 50%) who would like to become part of a appreciative and well-coordinated team with pleasure.

Your versatile tasks

• You ensure the professional cleaning, care and proper storage of dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils and pots.

• You operate the dishwashing machines correctly and ensure smooth operation through their cleaning and maintenance.

• You take on the regular cleaning of kitchens, cold rooms, the supplier entrance and other assigned areas.

• You carry out daily and weekly cleaning tasks carefully according to the specified checklists.

• You separate and dispose of waste properly, actively contributing to our environmental and hygiene standards.

And you…

• ideally have professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in upscale gastronomy.

• place great value on cleanliness, hygiene and order and work accordingly carefully.

• communicate confidently in spoken German.

• are a motivated, reliable personality and appreciate teamwork.

• work cleanly, independently and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
