We are looking for a Production Planner Special Products (m/f/d) to complement our team and efficiently design and further develop the complex and exciting manufacturing processes.

What is this role about?
Do you love keeping an overview? Do you feel comfortable at the interface between engineering, production, and logistics? And can you keep a cool head even with individual customer requests? Then this role is made for you! As a Production Planner (m/f/d) for special products, you are right in the middle when unique customer requests become tailored solutions, working closely with various teams and departments.

What tasks will you take on?
You will:

• create production orders for individual technical special products as part of work preparation.
• define, monitor delivery dates and process offers considering lead times.
• check and maintain production documents, production master data for customer-specific special products and assemblies.
• configure customer-specific parameters and support production in special orders.
• act as an important interface between production, procurement, and engineering.
• actively contribute to the continuous optimisation of our processes, the further development of our procedures, and the digitalisation of special product handling.

What do we expect from you?
You:

• have completed a basic technical education – ideally complemented by further training as a process specialist.
• bring several years of experience in a production environment.
• are familiar with SAP/R3 or are willing to learn quickly.
• have a good understanding of digital production systems and their interrelations.
• communicate confidently in German (at least C1 level).
• like to take responsibility and act independently and solution-oriented.
• think and act customer-oriented, have a networked way of thinking, and keep both the big picture and the details in mind.
