Facility Management Specialist

In a young, motivated, and well-coordinated team with two apprentices in facility management, you contribute daily to providing our residents with a safe and pleasant home.
For the Tertianum Residence Segeten in Zurich Witikon, we are looking for a Technical Service Employee / Facility Management Specialist (80-100%) from 1 May 2027 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of systems and building technology
- Participation in technical and infrastructural projects
- Carrying out necessary repairs and renovations to the infrastructure
- Maintenance, cleaning, and groundskeeping tasks
- Responsibility for waste management
- Active support at internal and external events
- Relocations as well as apartment inspections and handovers
- Assisting in ensuring smooth and safe operations
Your profile
- Facility Management Specialist EFZ or comparable manual training
- Good MS Office user skills
- Physical resilience
- A warm and humorous basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Positive, solution-oriented, and proactive mindset
- Organised and structured working style
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Flexibility for occasional extraordinary assignments
