About the job

The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services for the population of Winterthur in the five senior centers as well as with Spitex. The Adlergarten Senior Center provides a well-maintained home for around 160 residents. We are looking for a competent, enthusiastic, and team-oriented leader immediately or by arrangement, temporary until July 31, 2026, who is interested in working in an ambitious team.

Your Tasks

Responsibility for the personnel and professional leadership of the nursing and care team

Close cooperation with relatives, doctors, and other external partners

Interdisciplinary collaboration, including with the medical service, therapies, nursing expert, customer service, and hospitality

Support and promotion of the professional development of employees

Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines

Your Profile

Training as a registered nurse HF/FH with management further education, experience in the acute, medical-geriatric field

Joy and interest in goal-oriented care that enables return home

Very good IT skills (MS Office, BESA or RAI as well as PEP knowledge advantageous)

Resilience and ability to reach consensus complete your profile
