Exciting tasks await:

• Media work: media monitoring, responding to media enquiries, preparing media releases
• Web communication: managing and processing enquiries in web communication
• Internal communication: writing internal messages, editorial and web-technical support of the intranet
• Event communication: organising and implementing staff events, internal training sessions and events
• Writing factsheets as well as designing and implementing communication plans for communication projects; assisting in the creation and publication of the annual report
• Supporting the department in organisational and administrative matters

What you bring:

• University or university of applied sciences degree at Bachelor level in communication, business administration or FMS with a focus on communication
• Good knowledge of all Office programmes
• Confident handling of digital tools, ideally first experience with content management systems
• Conceptual thinking and confident German language skills
• Precise and independent working style; enjoyment of working in a motivated team as well as a pinch of humour
