Would you like to apply your legal expertise in a versatile environment? For our Legal department, we are seeking an experienced lawyer for a fixed-term maternity cover of 8 to 11 months.
Legal Counsel (all)
This is how you shape health
- Legal advice and support for management, specialist and line managers, and project leaders in all legal areas of a company, with a focus on contract and employment law
- Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts
- Legal support for projects
- Conducting training sessions and workshops on legal topics
- Instruction and coordination of external law firms, especially in legal disputes and proceedings
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisors
This is what sets you apart
- Completed Master’s degree in law from a Swiss university and Swiss bar admission
- Professional experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel
- Affinity for business contexts and strategic thinking
- Solution-oriented personality with initiative and advisory skills
- Excellent German skills; French or Italian is a plus
