Head of Hospitality

Your Tasks

• Ensuring high patient, guest and employee satisfaction
• Leading and developing the 10-member hospitality team including staff development and planning
• Administrative tasks such as ordering, controlling and personnel planning while adhering to the budget
• Responsible for providing all services in the hospitality area including management and maintenance of rooms and furniture in compliance with applicable safety and hygiene regulations
• General coordination of the interface to the hospitality department of Zofingen Hospital
• Supporting patient admissions and discharges as needed
• Participation in the daily operations of the specialist department (approx. 50%) 
• Involvement in construction and infrastructure projects as well as other specialist projects and committees

Your Profile

• Completed training as a hotel specialist EFZ or housekeeper EFZ
• Further training at the level of a professional certificate or higher vocational training and proven leadership experience in the specialist area
• Fluent (Swiss) German skills, both spoken and written
• Very independent and reliable working style with a service-oriented host mentality
• Friendly, competent manner and enjoyment in contact with people
• Confident basic computer skills (MS Office, industry-specific applications)
• Willingness to work irregular days (Mon - Sun) and partly shortened shifts (e.g. evening shifts) or shifts with room hours
