About the job
What you can achieve
- You manage and develop long-term customer relationships with pharmacies, drugstores and therapists in your sales area
- Through regular customer visits, you identify needs and potentials, provide competent advice and develop suitable solutions
- You showcase our brands optimally at the point of sale, present new products and successfully accompany new ranges in the market
- With sound product knowledge, sales-oriented conversations and seasonal promotions, you actively support the achievement of our sales targets
- You recognise additional sales opportunities early and successfully implement additional placements as well as ordering potentials
- As an important interface between customers and the company, you plan and document your activities professionally in the CRM
What you bring with you
- Joy in sales, consulting and building sustainable customer relationships
- An open, convincing personality with an independent and structured way of working
- Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge, recognising opportunities and driving things forward
- A completed training in the pharmacy, drugstore or health environment
- Confident German language skills; French skills are a plus
- Driving licence category B
