Deputy Head of Department Care and Nursing
YOUR TASKS- You work closely with the head of department and represent them in their absence, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the department
- As part of the nursing team, you perform all common tasks of your functional level and thus serve as a role model for the team
- As a key contact person, you accompany our residents individually, empathetically and professionally
- You actively contribute to the further development of the department in the field of palliative care and thus commit yourself to the continuous optimisation of our nursing quality
YOUR PROFILE
- You have completed training as a health professional or a qualified nurse
- With your experience in long-term care, you gladly take on responsibility and the topic of palliative care is close to your heart
- You already have experience as an RAI supervisor or the willingness to develop from MDS coordinator to supervisor
- You like to think ahead, remain solution-oriented even in challenging situations and set impulses for modern nursing practice
