You will work approximately 40% in Zug and about 60% at various locations in Switzerland (German-speaking Switzerland, Romandie, Ticino)
This position offers you
- Practical product training is at the centre: You plan and conduct training sessions for our B2B partners throughout Switzerland – on-site, in showrooms, at HQ or virtually – and enable our partners to convincingly use the added value of V ZUG products in consulting, sales and project business
- You analyse the training and further education needs with a focus on product, solution and sales competencies in the Swiss market
- You continuously design and develop training programmes – in close coordination with Sales, the V ZUG Academy as well as Product and Launch Management
- You create modular, target group-specific learning formats and prepare content didactically sound – from beginner to expert level, both onsite and online
- In training sessions and workshops, you convey value argumentation, storytelling as well as consulting and sales skills and strengthen the positioning of our solutions in the market
- Through targeted advice, support and reviews, you ensure a consistently high level of consulting and brand presence and sustainably develop the partner network
You bring the following to the role
- You have experience as a trainer, coach, moderator or consultant and possess a good understanding of sales processes and consulting situations
- You are passionate about technical products and know how to convey their added value in a practical, understandable and convincing manner
- With your strong communication skills and confident demeanour, you reach and convince different target groups up to management level
- You prepare complex content in a structured, understandable and inspiring way and impress with conceptual strength in developing modern training formats
- You convince through independent, structured and reliable work as well as through high customer and service orientation and a strong quality awareness
- You identify with a premium brand, have a high digital affinity for modern learning formats and possess very good German as well as good English and French skills; Italian is an additional plus
- You enjoy travelling throughout Switzerland and have a high willingness to travel (approx. 60%)
