Our client develops and produces precision flow meters in Swiss quality. For the location at Lake Biel, we are looking for a

Type of Work

• You set up injection moulding machines, operate them and monitor the production process.
• You accompany sampling until successful series release.
• You optimise production parameters and actively participate in process optimisations as well as new manufacturing solutions.
• You carry out quality controls, evaluate measurement and test results, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• You analyse and resolve malfunctions on production equipment and ensure reliable operation through maintenance and care of machines and tools.
• You document production data according to internal standards.
• You ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality guidelines.

Requirements Profile

• You have completed training as a plastics technologist EFZ.
• You already have experience handling manufacturing equipment in the plastics industry.
• You are familiar with materials, tool technologies, and process parameters.
• You have good technical understanding and manual skills.
• You enjoy working in a team and like to take responsibility.
