Team Leader Dispatching (m/f)

Your area of responsibility

Leadership and coordination of the dispatching team
Taking over and handling special assignments
Receiving and processing service orders by email and phone
Preliminary clarification and preparation of fault reports
Maintenance and management of customer orders
Processing orders in goods receipt and dispatch
Frequent telephone contact with our customers, suppliers, manufacturers, service partners, and employees

Your profile

Completed vocational training in commercial or technical field
Experience in dispatching and team leadership
Very good PC user skills
German as native language and good spoken French skills
Independent, communicative, conscientious, and committed personality
You remain calm in hectic times and can set priorities
You are characterized by logical thinking, quickly recognize connections, and have a quick grasp
