Your tasks
- Maintenance and development of continuous customer contact and first point of contact for professional and technical questions
- Ensuring the operational daily business in the area of technical and infrastructural building management in properties
- Carrying out maintenance and servicing work inside and outside the buildings
- Awarding, supervising and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines and quality standards
- Performing maintenance and minor repairs as well as their complete documentation
- Availability for on-call duty (first intervention)
- Direct contact with customers, subtenants and other contacts on site
- First point of contact for all matters concerning technical building management
Your profile
- Completed training as a specialist in operational maintenance EFZ or technical or manual vocational training
- Several years of professional experience as a technical caretaker
- Sound technical basic knowledge in HVACSE (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical)
- Strong customer focus and service orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Very good knowledge of German and good user skills in MS Office
- Driving licence category B
