About the job
Your Tasks
- Collaboration in operational HR such as onboarding and offboarding management, employment contracts, social insurances, further training, recruiting
- Assistance with monthly payroll processing including year-end closing
- Participation in the continuous development of HR processes
- Support in recruitments (job postings, applicant correspondence)
Your Background
- Commercial basic training supplemented by further education as HR assistant or personnel clerk
- Solid knowledge in personnel administration, payroll (preferably Abacus), social insurances
- Accurate, reliable, and proactive working style
- Discreet personality with a positive and empathetic attitude
- IT affinity (MS Office)
