About the job
Since 1962, Residenz Küsnacht has offered a home to 140 residents. The facility includes living areas for general care and nursing, acute and transitional care, as well as two specialised living areas for people with dementia. Additionally, there is Seerose in Männedorf with 14 nursing places. The Panorama Park, with 52 apartments and its own Spitex service for independent living, is located in close proximity to the nursing residence.
Residenz Küsnacht is part of Bethesda Alterszentren AG, a network organisation of various senior centres in the German-speaking part of Switzerland, rooted in an open Christian value culture.

Dipl. Nurse HF/FH as Nursing Officer (80 - 100%)
Your tasksThe dignity and self-determination of our residents are at the centre of your work. You will work in the long-term care area or in one of the two protected living areas for residents with dementia.
- Active participation in the monthly nursing meetings to improve the quality of the entire residence
- Conducting the traffic light report, initiating and leading case discussions. Preparation and execution of medical visits
- Participation in projects and support of the residential area management in practical implementation
- Main responsibility for professionally correct, situation-appropriate and comprehensive care & support in your residential area
- Co-responsibility for care planning, evaluation and billing (BESA)
- Close collaboration with education, specialist and management
- Passing on evidence-based knowledge within your own team with appropriate coordination of specialist reports
- House responsibility after introduction
Your profile
- You are looking for an environment where you can truly make a difference and receive support for it
- Willingness to deepen knowledge of geriatric specialist topics (e.g. palliative care) and implement them. Your own expertise is continuously reviewed and expanded.
- Qualification as a certified nurse (HF / FH) and ideally professional experience in long-term care or strong motivation to enter long-term care
- You are a team player, flexible, possess high empathy and enjoy caring for elderly people
- You have strong social skills as well as an independent and responsible working style
