Under the umbrella of «Center da sandà Engiadina Bassa» (CSEB) / «Health Center Unterengadin», important regional providers in the fields of healthcare and wellness are taking a common path. Long-term care in Unterengadin is based on a holistic and decentralized care and support model, where the people in need are at the center. The Chüra operations include two nursing homes in Scuol and one care group each in Zernez and Samnaun with a total of 110 beds, as well as a Spitex and a counseling center.
We are looking for an assistant for our largest nursing home, Chasa Puntotain Scuol, immediately or by arrangement:

Main tasks
Holistic, individual care and support of the residents
Supporting the residents in maintaining and promoting their independence
Co-responsibility for the correct implementation of care processes
Precise and timely documentation of nursing measures and observations to ensure traceability and good care quality
Implementation of hygiene regulations and partial assumption of household tasks
Requirements profile
Completed training as AGS, Nursing Assistant (SRK) or equivalent recognition or willingness to complete appropriate training
Respectful, appreciative and empathetic interaction with the residents
High social competence as well as openness to the individual needs of the residents
Resilience, flexibility as well as conscientious and responsible working style
Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
Willingness for continuous further education and training
Good oral and written German skills, ideally basic knowledge of the Romance language
