Internship or Master's thesis in business administration with a focus on supply chain management or business informatics (m/f/d)
We are looking for an engaged intern or master's student who will independently take on an exciting project in the field of e-procurement and gain valuable practical experience.
Project objectives:
Designing efficient, digital purchasing processes with supplier contact, supporting the onboarding process for the catalog system, and the ongoing development of the digital platform.
· Onboarding suppliers to a new catalog system
· Evaluation and integration of marketplace solutions (e.g. Unite)
· Analysis and resolution of interface problems between the catalog system and SAP
· Training new employees in the use of the digital catalog
· Creation of training materials and instructions
· Support in the development of further modules and actively contributing new ideas
· Close collaboration with IT, purchasing, controlling, and other departments
Your know-how and background
· Advanced studies in business administration, SCM, business informatics, or a related field
· Basic technical understanding of system integration and interfaces, ideally in the SAP environment
· Interest in digital purchasing processes and e-procurement solutions
· Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. Unite, Mercateo is an advantage)
· Very good communication skills, especially for training and onboarding
