Our ward comprises a total of 10 staff and offers 6 patient beds, divided into 4 monitored beds on the ground floor and 4 further beds in the 2 North ward. We provide specialised care and attend to all acute admissions around the clock. These patients are quickly transferred after initial care and stabilisation. Furthermore, on our monitoring ward, we admit internal patients whose condition deteriorates and ensure continuous, professional care. We work person-centred, with each stay individually tailored to the needs of the patients. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.
Your Tasks
Deriving the individual nursing needs or nursing goals within the entire nursing process, setting up action plans, implementing the planned measures with the support of nursing assistants and nursing aides, and continuously evaluating the overall process
Supporting and advising patients and their relatives in complex nursing situations
Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines and participating in continuous improvement processes (CIP) within the framework of Lean Management
Supporting trainers in the education of apprentices and students

Your Profile
Diploma in Health and Nursing HF, FH
Professional experience in acute medicine and rehabilitation
Monitoring care course advantageous
Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes working in a multidisciplinary team and values constructive collaboration
Teamwork, customer orientation, conflict resolution skills and business acumen
High commitment and resilience
