The "Finance and Human Resources" department at the Biberist location is responsible for the entire group and is looking for a team-oriented and committed reinforcement.

What do you bring with you?
You have a commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting. We count on your several years of experience in finance and possibly in human resources. You have no reservations about IT systems and enjoy working independently, precisely, and reliably. You enjoy exchanging ideas within the team and communicating with the specialist departments.
What are your tasks?
You actively participate in day-to-day business. Your main tasks include:
- Managing various financial accounts
- Posting debtor invoices and processing payments
- Debtor management including dunning
- Creditor accounting including workflow support and payment transactions
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements
- Maintaining master data and changes in the project and service recording system
- Handling inquiries from departments
- Participating in projects and process optimisations
