We are looking for someone immediately or by arrangement

Do you enjoy being around people and keep an overview even when it’s busy? As part of our sales team, you welcome our guests, advise them personally, and ensure their excursion is a complete success.

Your tasks

Welcoming and greeting our guests at the till

Cashier duties and ticket sales

Personal advice and accompanying our guests on site

Handling customer enquiries by phone and email

Providing information about facilities, experience offers, opening hours and operational status

General administrative tasks in sales

Your profile

You enjoy dealing with guests and are a warm-hearted host or hostess

You work reliably, precisely and remain calm even during busy periods

You are willing to work on weekends, public holidays and during holiday periods

You are digitally savvy and quickly familiarise yourself with our till system

You speak Swiss German; additional language skills are an advantage

Ideally, you bring experience from sales, tourism or gastronomy
