• You work on hardware and software installations and ensure the IT services of our customers.
• You ensure the smooth operation of customer servers and their security.
• You maintain and, if necessary, expand the network installations of our customers.
• You actively support our customers as part of our support, either by phone or on site.
• You participate in projects.

What we expect from you:

• You have completed training as an IT specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification.
• You have good analytical skills and a networked way of thinking.
• You have good team and communication skills.
• You are willing to perform on-call duty and occasional weekend shifts.
