YOUR MAIN TASKS:

• Competent customer and sales advice mainly in the Central Switzerland region
• Development of individual solution concepts as well as innovative service offerings
• Calculation, sales, and advice on service contracts and quotations
• Monitoring of critical systems and active follow-up with customers
• Control and coordination of prepared repair orders
• Cost and revenue control including budget planning

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed technical basic training, ideally experience in the elevator industry
• Sound knowledge of elevator systems and various components
• Experience in creating and calculating quotations
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
