You are responsible for professional and individual care and support of our residents.
You recognize emergency situations early and handle them confidently together with the house manager.
You actively assist with daily care – always oriented to the kinesthetic approach – and engage in the support and training of our apprentices.
You take over the daily responsibility of the department during the early or late shift.
You independently, carefully, and thoroughly manage the electronic care documentation.
You conduct RAI assessments professionally and derive nursing measures from them.
