Your tasks
- You welcome visitors at the reception, answer calls, and naturally ensure a pleasant and friendly atmosphere.
- In contact with internal and external contacts, you make sure that concerns are reliably recorded and well forwarded.
- In everyday office life, you support us with correspondence, filing, or other classic secretarial tasks.
- When appointments or meetings are scheduled, you help with the organization and contribute to everything being well prepared.
- Additionally, you support the cafeteria and mail service as a deputy.
Your profile
- You have a commercial basic education, for example an apprenticeship, business school, or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, you already have experience in secretarial work, administration, or coordinating tasks.
- You can express yourself confidently and fluently in German, both orally and in writing.
- You are proficient in MS Office and navigate confidently in the digital work environment.
- You work reliably and independently, have a strong service orientation, and hold a category B driving license.
