What awaits you

• Manage operations at the supervised locations and ensure the agreed service delivery
• Lead and coordinate employees as well as subcontractors
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate operational processes and continuously optimise operations, including energy consumption
• Organise training and instructions on occupational safety, fire protection, risk assessments, and work permits
• Maintain inventory and system documentation and prepare the required reports
• Maintain contact with customers and stakeholders and participate in regular meetings and governance appointments
• Report defects and risks, manage escalations, and process orders and invoices

What you bring

• Technical qualification at technician level according to SLA
• Several years of professional experience in facility management
• Fluent German and English skills
• People-centred leadership style and experience in leading teams
• Confident handling of customers and other stakeholders
• Good knowledge of FM processes, reporting, CAFM systems, and performance management
• Sound knowledge of occupational safety, building technology, and contract law
