Electrical Engineer Development & System Integration (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a leading provider of semiconductor assembly equipment for the global semiconductor and electronics industry. The company offers highly precise, productive, and reliable solutions at low operating costs and develops advanced assembly processes and devices for various applications, including leadframe, substrate, and wafer-level packaging. Customers mainly include leading semiconductor manufacturers and electronics companies.
Role:
You develop modern, forward-looking electronic solutions for machines, plants, and systems. In interdisciplinary teams, you actively shape the technical implementation – from circuit development to industrialisation. You apply your expertise purposefully, take responsibility during the project, and coordinate interfaces with suppliers, partners, and internal departments.
Responsibilities:
Development and industrialisation of innovative electronic solutions
Design and implementation of EMC-compliant circuits, safety functions, and designs
Drawing of circuit diagrams in electrical CAD, design of cabling concepts
Participation in integration projects in the machine environment (including moving systems)
Technical support for external partners, development teams, and suppliers
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electronics technician / automation technician with further education at HF/FH level
Experience in electronics development and system integration
Conceptual thinking, understanding of machine safety and EMC
Strong communication skills in German and English
Solution-oriented, flexible personality with practical approach and customer focus
