Alterswohnen Bergsonne is part of Alterswohnen STS AG and employs around 60 staff at the Zweisimmen location. We offer 60 nursing home places and provide home care services for the neighbouring retirement apartments. Our residents' well-being is always at the centre of our actions.

This is what your daily routine looks like

• You are responsible for the care and support of the residents and ensure their accompaniment in daily life according to their individual wishes.
• You take on varied and interesting care assignments (dementia, long-term care and short stays) and record your work in the Care Coach nursing documentation.
• If interested and suitably qualified, you have the opportunity to actively contribute as a person responsible for specific topics and make a significant contribution to our success.

• Your heart beats for long-term care where you ideally have already gained professional experience and you have completed training at function level 1. We also welcome career changers who are willing to complete the nursing assistant course at the Swiss Red Cross.
