Operations Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Contribution
Coordinate.
Plan capacities. Keep an eye on utilisation. Organise day-to-day business.

Bring operations, customer success and customers together. Pass on information. Ensure coordination.

Take on clarification cases. Understand causes. Implement pragmatic solutions.

Prepare goods receipts. Recognise requirements early. Ensure smooth processes.
Pitch in.
Support returns, goods receipt, goods issue or shipping. React flexibly. Work together to ensure day-to-day business runs smoothly.

- And you are not too proud to pitch in yourself when the situation requires it.
The profile is rounded off by:
- You have a technical or commercial basic education, ideally in logistics or a manufacturing company.
- You bring initial professional experience in logistics or a comparable operational environment.
- You have good MS Office skills and ideally experience with warehouse management systems and corresponding software.
- You think in networks and have a good understanding of processes and operational contexts.
- You work independently, structured, precisely and expeditiously.
- You are flexible, resilient and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment.
- You present yourself professionally and confidently to customers.
- Collaboration is a matter of course for you – you communicate openly, support your team and take responsibility.
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form and can express yourself confidently and professionally in communication with customers and internal contacts. Additional language skills are warmly welcome and advantageous.
