As a ZEV pioneer, Smart Energy Link is today the leading Swiss B2B platform for billing and intelligent control of decentralised energy infrastructure. With a team of around 35 employees, we have already successfully realised over 700 projects and manage more than 20,000 residential units in the ZEV and metering sector.

Your Role

SEL is growing from a start-up to a scale-up – and you actively shape our products during this phase. As Product Lead, you are responsible for our web portals including the billing solution and drive the product strategy together with the CEO, the UX team and development. You think strategically, lead product discovery and get involved in implementation – short paths, quick decisions, real scope for design.

• You are responsible for the commercial success of your products, including pricing and market launch.

• You translate customer and market needs into a clear product roadmap – within the framework of regulatory requirements (ZEV/vZEV/LEG).

• You develop our web portals into a scalable platform and are responsible for the product vision, strategy and roadmap.

• You ensure the market-oriented further development of the billing solution.

What You Bring

• You have several years of experience in product management of B2B SaaS platforms, with agile development methods and scaling. You understand technical concepts well enough to discuss with development on equal terms.

• You bring experience in billing and collection processes, ideally in a ZEV (vZEV, LEG) environment.

• You are familiar with electricity tariff models in the European area and the regulatory framework conditions of Switzerland (energy industry).

• You communicate confidently in German and English and use both languages daily.

• You work independently and team-oriented.

• You have a strong affinity for AI.

Nice to Have, but Not Essential:

Experience with electromobility or smart grid · experience in the professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams · technical degree (e.g. computer science, electrical/energy engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
