Health Specialist EFZ 80% - 100% in Night Shift

Your tasks

• Holistic care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process
• Participation in the nursing process and in the nursing needs assessment with RAI for the assigned guests
• Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
• Ensuring needs-oriented care and support of guests during the night
• Carrying out regular control and safety rounds as well as recognising and initiating appropriate measures in emergency situations
• Taking over the in-house emergency call duty and professional cooperation with the medical emergency service
• Independent organisation and coordination of the night shift as well as ensuring smooth information flow to the day shift
• Accompanying, supporting and promoting the well-being of guests at night, taking into account individual needs and habits

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
• RAI knowledge desired
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
