Your responsibilities

You advise members primarily on labour, social insurance, debt enforcement and bankruptcy, as well as immigration law issues.

Independent, timely and solution-oriented handling of the relevant legal cases in accordance with the legal protection regulations.

In court proceedings, you represent and accompany members before the labour court.

You establish contact/intervene with employers and authorities.

Your profile

• Law degree with experience or bar admission
• Confident German, a foreign language (Italian or Portuguese) is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
• Resilient, assertive and empathetic personality
• Identification with trade union work
