- Leading and further developing the recycling centres in the Zurich region in terms of personnel, operations and business management in close cooperation with the Head of Recycling.
- Leading, promoting and developing employees and managers as well as ensuring a modern, approachable and appreciative leadership culture.
- Ensuring efficient, safe and economical operations while complying with legal as well as internal quality, environmental and safety requirements.
- Responsibility for budget, resource planning, key figures and achieving defined company goals.
- Planning and implementing investment and optimisation projects as well as continuous development of process, plant and recycling concepts.
- Close cooperation with material flow management, sales, technical and logistics departments.
We expect from you
- Several years of leadership experience in a comparable role.
- Higher education or further training in business administration, logistics, recycling, construction, production or a related field.
- Experience in leading organisations as well as handling key figures, budgets and change processes.
- High IT and process affinity as well as interest in digitalisation and continuous improvement.
- As a down-to-earth and approachable personality, you regularly visit our recycling centres, tackle issues pragmatically and maintain direct exchange.
