• Because you have a qualification as a Restaurant Specialist EFZ. 
• Because you have completed the trainer course and have experience in training apprentices. 
• Because you have a background in work pedagogy and enjoy working with people with disabilities.
• Because you are an open personality and convince through your strong service orientation. 
• Because you have very good German skills at least at level B2.
