About the job

Start on 1 November 2026 as

• You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER and are responsible for the consolidation of the KSGR‑Group
• You ensure compliance with all legal requirements as well as internal guidelines and ensure a high quality of financial data
• You are responsible for liquidity planning, payment transactions and cash management and ensure a forward-looking control of financial resources
• You further develop processes, systems and internal controls (ICS) and actively drive optimisations
• You lead, promote and develop your team in financial accounting and create an environment where quality, collaboration and development are central
• You participate in cross-departmental projects and digitalisation initiatives and contribute your expertise to design modern, efficient solutions

• You have a higher business administration qualification with a focus on finance and accounting
• You bring several years of professional and leadership experience in finance and accounting – ideally in healthcare
• You possess sound knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER as well as Swiss financial and tax law
• You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and keep an overview even in complex situations
• You convince with high social competence as well as pronounced communication and leadership skills
• You have experience with ERP systems and a clear affinity for digital processes and modern tools
