Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Responsibility for Apprenticeship Supervision

Tasks

Programming, setting up and commissioning the 5-axis milling machine Unisign Unipent 4000 with Siemens 840D control
Monitoring ongoing production to ensure compliance with quality standards
Independent training and supervision of apprentices as the person responsible for apprentices

Requirements

Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or CNC mechanic
Extensive experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines and Siemens 840D control
Independent and responsible working style with a strong focus on quality
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
Team-oriented, flexible personality with patience, empathy and communication skills in dealing with young adults
