Your tasks

• Precision machining of bores in steel, ceramic, and carbide components using manual and automated lapping within micrometre tolerance ranges
• Independent management of consumables as well as proactive demand planning and procurement initiation
• Professional training and support of new employees in the lapping area
• Active participation in shaping and further developing work processes by contributing and implementing continuous improvement and enhancement suggestions

Your profile

• Technical training or several years of professional experience in industrial manufacturing
• Knowledge in the field of lapping is an advantage; however, we also offer committed individuals comprehensive training in lapping
• Strong quality awareness, high commitment, and solution-oriented approach
• Focus on highest precision and experience in handling micro tolerances
• Reliable, independent working style and enjoyment of teamwork
