- You respond quickly and professionally in acute situations, assess clinical patient situations and initiate immediate measures
- You carry out electronic patient documentation as well as administrative tasks
- You support families and relatives and contribute to optimal interdisciplinary collaboration
What you bring with you
- You have training as a certified nurse specialist HF / FH or an equivalent recognised foreign qualification
- You have experience in an acute hospital
- Ideally, you hold a postgraduate certificate in Intermediate Care / monitoring care or are willing to obtain one
- You enjoy teamwork and have an independent and reliable working style
- You are an empathetic and flexible personality who makes efficient decisions in hectic situations
