About the Position
The GIS (Gas Insulated Switchgear) division stands for the highest quality, safety, and efficiency – and this is exactly where your role begins. In this role, you take on a central function in handling and coordinating quality notifications in production. You identify problems early, analyse them systematically, and ensure sustainable solutions. In doing so, you work closely with various internal stakeholders and actively contribute to the further development of our processes.
What You Can Achieve
You are the first escalation level for production and work closely with internal stakeholders.
Responsible for creating and coordinating quality notifications (QN) in production
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
Prioritising quality notifications (Q-notifications)
Close collaboration with internal departments such as production, quality, engineering, planning, project management, and purchasing
You support the further development of troubleshooting processes for continuous improvement
Support during audits and internal reviews
What You Bring
Technical training in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, quality
Experience in troubleshooting, production processes, or quality management
Analytical thinking, structured working method, and strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication and decision-making abilities
Fluent German and English skills
Knowledge of SAP and MES
Detailed product knowledge in the field of gas insulated switchgear
