Reference: CLS/RH/2026.760 / Contract type: Permanent contract 80 to 90% / Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Why do we need you?

To complete our team, we are looking for our new Medical Assistant for our Radio-Oncology Centre. In this role, you will ensure efficient administrative management by welcoming patients and preparing their files. You will perform technical medical tasks or care during radiotherapy treatments, respecting safety and hygiene standards.

What will you be expected to do?

• Welcome patients, receive and manage incoming telephone calls
• Schedule patient appointments
• Prepare patient files in their entirety by gathering the necessary documents
• Carry out billing and reminders and perform various correspondence
• Perform blood tests and injections
• Provide various care during radiotherapy treatments (wound cleaning, etc.)
• Ensure the restocking of office supplies and medical products
• Carry out cleaning and disinfection of medical trolleys

Who will you work with?

What do we expect from you?

Essentials:

• Hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as Medical Assistant or an equivalent recognised qualification
• Proven experience as a medical assistant
• Perfect command of French (flawless spelling)
• Comfortable with computer tools (Word, Outlook)
