About the job
Your Tasks
- IT Operations & Support As the central contact person, you are responsible for IT service processes and ticketing, prioritise requests, resolve faults and coordinate external IT partners. You further develop standards and documentation. During game operations, you ensure the technical hotline together with our partners – if necessary, also outside office hours.
- Microsoft 365 & Modern Workplaces You manage and develop Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID including users, roles, permissions and external access. You accompany the migration from the file server to M365 and take care of end devices, meeting rooms, on-/offboarding as well as inventory and lifecycle.
- Infrastructure & Security Together with our IT service provider, you coordinate network and server operations as well as VPN access. IT security, data protection, updates, encryption, risk management and business continuity are part of your responsibilities.
- Digitalisation & Platforms With the specialist departments, you implement workflows, approvals and self-service solutions with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform. You examine new technologies and AI for benefits, information protection, governance and costs. For the website, Game Centre and sport-related applications, you coordinate further developments, releases, faults and technical issues such as interfaces, SSO, DNS, hosting and data flows.
- Projects, Partners & Costs You lead IT projects from requirements through evaluation and implementation to operational handover. You manage service providers, review offers, contracts and invoices and keep an eye on cloud and operating costs. In the small IT setup, you independently set priorities and make technical topics understandable for specialist departments and management.
