You actively support people in their vocational integration, recognise their resources, and promote their development. With commitment and appreciation, you accompany them on their path to greater independence and social participation.
Your success has a direct impact: you create work that empowers people and enables genuine participation.
Your Tasks
- You accompany and support people in their vocational integration together with a specialist.
- You take on instructional tasks in our internal training centre as well as in the SILEA Boutique, the Collectors driving service, and the Residual Value project.
- You promote the resources of people whom we accompany within the framework of vocational integration and meet them at eye level.
- You take on administrative tasks.
- You participate in team meetings and case discussions.
Your Profile
- You enjoy working with people.
- You are responsible and resilient.
- You want to gain insights into the social sector, especially in the field of work pedagogy, or prepare for training through a preliminary internship.
- You have communicative as well as administrative skills.
- You work reliably, in a structured manner, and have an administrative or manual flair.
- You can adapt to and engage with different situations.
