Your Tasks
- You accompany and support people in their vocational integration together with a specialist.
- You take on instructional tasks in our internal training centre as well as in the SILEA Boutique, the Collectors transport service and the Restwert project.
- You promote the resources of people whom we accompany within the framework of vocational integration and meet them at eye level.
- You take on administrative tasks.
- You participate in team meetings and case discussions.
Your Profile
- You enjoy working with people.
- You are responsible and resilient.
- You want to gain insights into the social sector, especially in the field of work pedagogy, or prepare for training through a pre-internship.
- You have communication and administrative skills.
- You work reliably, in a structured manner and have an administrative or manual flair.
- You can adapt to and engage with different situations.
