Mandate Manager Fiduciary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 115,000Role:
The company is an established Swiss fiduciary, auditing and consulting firm supporting companies and private individuals with a variety of financial, tax and entrepreneurial issues.
The working environment is versatile and offers insight into different mandates, industries and company structures. Employees work closely with clients as well as various internal and external specialists and deal with topics around accounting, taxes, auditing, business development and digital processes.
Responsibilities:
You take on the comprehensive management of fiduciary mandates including financial and payroll accounting as well as related VAT matters.
With your experience, you prepare interim and annual financial statements for clients from various industries.
You provide comprehensive advice to companies in the areas of finance, payroll, social security and taxes and contribute your expertise as a sparring partner.
Professional support and coaching of administrative staff are also part of your responsibilities, as is close collaboration with the mandate-responsible partners.
You actively support the digitalisation and optimisation of fiduciary processes and contribute your own ideas.
Qualifications:
A further qualification as a fiduciary with a federal diploma, a diploma in finance and accounting or a comparable higher education qualifies you for this position.
You bring several years of experience in the fiduciary sector and are familiar with independently managing various mandates.
Your digital affinity and interest in modern tools help you to design processes efficiently and with a future-oriented approach.
You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner and combine professional competence with entrepreneurial thinking and a strong customer focus.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required.
