Intern Werkhaus 80-100% from July 1, 2026, limited for 6-12 months
You accompany and support a group of employees in various activity areas of the work and employment offers together with a specialist. In production and creative processes, you take on guidance tasks and thus promote the resources of the employees. Furthermore, you participate in reports and meetings. This position is a pre-internship in which you gain insight into the social sector and especially into professional fields such as work pedagogy and social pedagogy. Regular practical guidance from experienced professionals rounds off your internship.
You are at least 20 years old and have a professional qualification. You are interested in engaging with people and enjoy working in a team. Furthermore, you are resilient, independent, humorous, and capable of reflection. If you have a driver's license, this is an advantage.
