Your main tasks:

• Operating, monitoring, and maintaining technical systems in the areas of building maintenance, building automation, and low voltage
• Conducting and documenting inspection rounds
• Troubleshooting and initiating targeted measures
• Coordinating and performing inspection, maintenance, and repair work as well as customer inquiries
• Deploying, accompanying, and supervising third-party companies 
• Providing on-call service

Your profile:

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or similar
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position operating, maintaining, and repairing building technology systems 
• Connection permit according to NIV15 or willingness and prerequisites to obtain it promptly
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, good oral English skills
• Structured, careful, and independent working style
• Teamwork skills, high customer orientation, and flexibility 
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register extract)
