In our team "Corporate Customers Market Switzerland", we are responsible for the customer segment "Top 5000". We acquire and manage larger companies based outside the Zurich economic area. The primary focus is on German-speaking Switzerland.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for several experienced customer advisors. This includes, on one hand, interested parties who want to take care of our existing customers and their development. On the other hand, we want to expand our customer relationships in the regions of Northwestern Switzerland, Eastern Switzerland, and Bern/Espace. Accordingly, we are also looking for acquirers or customer advisors with an existing network in the mentioned regions.
Your Tasks – Shape More
- Manage and advise an existing, attractive, and highly demanding corporate customer portfolio with development perspectives
- Activate your existing network or actively acquire corporate customers in the described segment in the regions of Northwestern Switzerland, Eastern Switzerland, or Bern/Espace
- Manage corporate customers outside the Zurich economic area, recognize their needs, and successfully exploit the potential in the areas of financing, investments, cash management, and other banking services
- Build a comprehensive network through communicative nature and competent appearance, and consistently expand the customer relationship to C-level
- Work across departments to implement holistic customer development by utilizing cross-selling opportunities
Your Profile – Bring More
- Many years of experience in corporate customer business (focus on segment Top 5,000)
- Higher education (certificate, HF, bachelor's, master's, or comparable degree)
- Several years of experience in independently managing a commercial customer portfolio
- Broad knowledge in commercial business (assessment of company creditworthiness, deep understanding of the customer's value chain)
- Good knowledge in all other banking services (basic services, investments, retirement planning, cash management, etc.)
- Winning personality and familiar with dealing at C-level - willingness to travel in German-speaking Switzerland
- Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
