Our HR Services team actively shapes the modern world of work.
We support around 3300 employees and ensure smooth, individual HR processes throughout the entire employee life cycle – nationally and internationally. In a complex environment, we consistently drive digitalization forward, optimize workflows, and implement modern HR systems. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who will help shape and further develop our HR processes and systems.
Your tasks
- Participation in the collection, analysis, and specification of business requirements as well as in the preparation of project orders and applications
- Support in the analysis and concretization of project ideas regarding feasibility, profitability, risks, and success factors
- Participation in the analysis and improvement of HR business processes (digitalization and automation)
- Creation of project and process documentation including status reports and monitoring
- Taking over project management within the scope of HR systems
- Taking over support for SAP S/4 HANA (Super User)
- Further development of digitalization – establishment of interactive processes (MSS and ESS) in coordination with stakeholders
- Accompanying change processes and implementation planning including communication
Your profile
- University of applied sciences – studies in computer science/information systems, business administration (with a focus on HR)
- Several years of professional experience and expert knowledge in business analysis of digitalization projects, IT architectures and technologies, as well as project management in the HR area
- High IT affinity, SAP expert knowledge, and understanding of HR systems and HR processes
- Native German speaker and very good English skills
