Heating Service Technician

Initial Situation

We are looking for an experienced service technician for our client who understands his craft and works independently. Especially during the heating season, your expertise is in demand: you ensure that heating and heat pump systems function reliably, troubleshoot faults, and provide customers with competent on-site support.

Tasks

• Perform service, maintenance, and repair work on heating and heat pump systems
• Analyse and resolve faults in electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components
• Adjust and optimise heating and heat pump systems
• Provide technical advice and support to customers on site
• Plan, document, and manage service calls independently

Requirements

• Completed training as a heating installer EFZ, refrigeration system mechanic, or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in heating service and fault rectification
• Sound knowledge of heating technology and handling of heat pumps
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
• Customer-oriented manner and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Driving licence category B

German m+s: good knowledge
