Field Service Technician 100% (m/f/d) - with focus on Central Switzerland

About the job

What area of responsibility awaits you with us:

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of the entire product range of LAUFEN Schweiz AG
• Carrying out service, warranty and maintenance work on technical products such as shower WCs and multifunctional fittings at the customer's premises
• Technical advice and instruction for end customers, installers and specialist partners
• Independent execution of service assignments assigned by the central dispatch
• Area of operation: Central Switzerland and Ticino, support in neighbouring regions and emergency deployments throughout Switzerland as needed
• Management of own service vehicle including material and own spare parts inventory
• Documentation and reporting of assignments in FSM and CRM systems
• Ensuring high service quality and a professional customer appearance

What we expect from you professionally:

• Completed training as a certified sanitary installer (EFZ)
• Place of residence: preferably in the Schwyz, Zug or Lucerne area
• Experience and enjoyment in customer service and support
• Very good German skills, good Italian skills are an advantage
• Technical understanding and high problem-solving competence
• Independent, reliable and customer-oriented working style
• Driving licence category B
• Confident handling of digital reporting systems (FSM/CRM)
• Flexible for assignments in Central Switzerland, Ticino and, if necessary, throughout Switzerland
