About the job
We are looking for a Workshop Manager (m/f/d) in CH-5330 Bad Zurzach, 80 - 100%, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Organisation and management of the daily workshop operations
- Allocation of work to the mechanics
- Support with technical problems and complex repairs
- Monitoring work quality and safety regulations
- Supporting mechanics during bottlenecks
Your profile
- Completed technical vocational training EFZ
- Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of rail vehicles, preferably freight wagons
- Experience in leading and organising a technical workshop
- Good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics as well as relevant maintenance and safety regulations
- Responsible, solution-oriented personality with leadership skills
